 Traditionally I've done more private development so I've neglected public
 plugins. I want to move into more public quality plugins, even if they
 only offer basic/reduced functionality with extension points, so I can
 more easily use `wp-cli` and investigate growing an audience. Being able
 to provide support and outreach is critical to that.
