 The time shortcode is `[time relative]Wednesday, September 6, 19:00
 UTC[/time]` which does indeed mean it'll be relative to todays date,
 rather than the posts.

 I've updated it on https://make.wordpress.org/core/2017/09/01/new-
 contributors-meeting-recap-august-30th/ to not include the `relative`
 param, which seems to have fixed it for that post - I can't go through all
 of the posts though
