 This came to light when the plugin developer asked why his DONATE link was
 still there. :Picard Facepalm:

 We should probably remove the following:

 * tags (to prevent abusive tags being visible)
 * Ratings
 * Support
 * Donate

 Arguably the tabs could also be removed/hidden, but that's not something
 likely to be abused
