Comment:

 I'm okay with how this currently is.

 The note about all fields being required is present above the submit
 button, and as all fields are required it doesn't really need to specify
 which fields are required.

 Adding a client-side JS validation isn't out of the question, but the
 benefit in doing so is minimal. When the Showcase gets a redesign or make
 over, changing how this form works then would be good IMHO.
