 I think I like that idea better, but if we tack it to `5.0` then it needs
 to be updated all the time. I think 5.0 can be removed from the button,
 since that's "the WordPress" people get when they download it today. I
 think it makes sense for the text below to have some kind of mention of
 5.0, worded so that it's clear that "as of" or "beginning in" or something
 like that. That doesn't require ongoing maintenance, and it's very clear
 that it's also available in 5.1, 6.0, etc.
