Comment:

 By and large, I think this is not the best idea, because people wear many
 hats, and things change over time and from release to release. We should
 focus on the content in trac, not the people.

 But, we may at some future point allow for the custom title system in the
 support forums be pulled in here. Dunno, that is prone to abuse. In any
 case, not at this time.
