 As a California entity (WordPress Foundation), there are specific
 guidelines re: Privacy Policies:

 your-privacy-policy-easy-to-find

 By mixing the current "privacy" page into the software overview, legal
 arguments could be made (albeit unlikely) that it is not "conspicuous"
 enough and therefore does not abide by California regulations.

 Anyway seems like an easy win.
