 The [https://wordpress.org/about/ About portal] is extensive and explains
 in detail most of the important WordPress "gateway" topics. Most of the
 topics (History, Roadmap, Features, License, etc) relate specifically to
 WordPress software, however.

 In contrast, the [https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/ Privacy Policy]
 relates to the WordPress.org web domain (as it should).

 For this reason, it would possibly make sense to move it "up" to the root
 level:

 https://wordpress.org/about/privacy/

 (move here) ==> https://wordpress.org/privacy/

 This would also arguably be a more typical place to host a web domain's
 Privacy Policy, meaning that more users and possibly even bots would have
 an easier time finding it.

 For privacy concerns in regard to WordPress software, it could perhaps be
 addressed in Docs portal.
