 While Gutenberg phase 1 was in development, I didn't find it easy to find
 a way to get involved, since Gutenberg is literally invisible in the 'Get
 Involved' section on make.wordpress.org.

 Yesterday, I saw @melchoyce posting a link to the Gutenberg handbook for
 developers and designers, but apparently, there's no easy way to access
 this information without knowing the url. I'd really appreciate a
 dedicated Gutenberg section in the Get Involved part of this site for
 easier access, also for new contributors, as make.wordpress.org is a maze
 to get through anyway.
