 On https://wordpress.org/support/wordpress-version/version-5-0/, visited
 block links are displayed as `#0073AA` via the wporg-support theme on top
 of a background of `#32373c` via the default block library styles. This
 contrast ratio (2.3:1) should be adjusted to be more readable.
