Comment:

 As always, processes and progress are works in progress. Everyone here is
 a volunteer, and if you'd like to contribute, there are plenty of channels
 by which to do that, this being just one.

 If you'd like to constructively propose changes to how documentation on
 .org is structured, that is best left to the open floor portion of a docs
 team meeting (meeting times and locations in the make/docs sidebar).

 Meta Trac is used for actionable proposals, and as this ticket apparently
 serves more as a list of grievances than constructive proposals I'm going
 to close it. Thank you for the feedback, it has been noted.
