 Viewing the Gutenberg Landing Page in IE11 results in a cut off headline
 and scrollbars:

 **To Reproduce:**

  1. Open IE11
  2. Visit https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/
  3. Take note of the Try Gutenberg Callout's appearance.

 ** Tested with:**

 WordPress 4.9.8
