#3570: e-mail notification for new posts in pending/spam in support forum

Some small forums (like the Swedish one) have limited traffic. There may
be between 0 and 10 new topics a week.
With such low traffic, the typical workflow for support volunteers is
push-enabled: You activate e-mail notifications for new topics in all
relevant forums, rather than logging in ans browsing for topics that
 haven't got any reply yet.
 This works fine...

BUT: The queues for pending and spam are even more quiet, so far. Haven't
yet seen any real spam (knock on wood), but once in a blue moon there will
be a false positive, and someones question (or answer) will go to the spam
 bucket.
In this situation, you simply forget to scan spam and pending.
It would be great to have a setting that would enable me to be notified
whenever anything lands in these queues. (And, obviusly, to have a
possibility to turn this off later if and when traffic goes up...)
