 Looks like I broke the TicketGraph plugin with r7088, Trac now has jQuery
 1.9 which dropped the `$.browser` property.

 The Ticket Graph plugin (We're running `1.0-WordPress`) version we're
 using uses an out-of-date jQuery library.

 The latest version appears to have a more recent version of the library,
 I'm not sure what changes we made to the library though.
