 All Tracs (including core.trac.wordpress.org) have now been migrated. We
 can start applying the fixes globally.

 > Override the custom `$.fn.loadStyleSheet` to suffix the param
 I'm going to go ahead and do that short-term as I can test it out (I don't
 have a local Trac env), and it should fix the main thing people will
 notice (broken styled previews)
