 I will write phpunit for wp-multibyte-patch within a few days.
 Also, I want to run tests in the WordPress trunk to see what does this
 plugin change WordPress's behavior.
 I will publish those tests on GitHub + Travis CI.

 I think so too. :)
 But I want release package to be able to  included custom plugins as soon
 as possible for now.
