#3157: Link to Forum Profile in the Global Profile

Hello! I would like to suggest a UX/UI update to the profiles. The two
 profiles I'm referring to is:

  - [https://profiles.wordpress.org/howdy_mcgee Global Profile], accessible
by clicking your name in the admin bar
  - [https://wordpress.org/support/users/howdy_mcgee/ Forum Profile],
accessible by clicking your name in the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/ Forum
 sidebar]

It's clear the two are disconnected which is fine but I would like to see
a link in the Global Profile to your Forums profile since it's has much
more detail than the Activity feed. Previously, I didn't even know there
were 2 different profiles and I believe this change will make it clearer
 that there are different profiles.

I think a link to the forum profile would fit best either in the admin bar
as an additional link, underneath the Activity Feed tab, or next to the
`edit|notifications` links ( but I believe this is too small and not the
 best place for it ).

I don't think we need a link back to the global profile on the Forum
Profile since the admin bar is showing at the top but I'm also not
against the repetition to make it easier.
