 I see know that this page is linked to, from the Wiki Formatting page, but
 it looks like I missed it.

 I remember searching for "attachment" on the Wiki Formatting page, without
 success,

 so I would suggest mentioning it there too?

 I also remember searching the meta trac for "attachment", but since many
 posts include it, it wasn't helpful ;-)
