 There's a difference between explicitly closed topics and topics auto-
 closed for the lack of activity after 6 months since the last reply.

 The former have a proper `closed` status and get a lock dashicon, the
 latter remain with a `publish` status (so the 6 months threshold could be
 easily adjusted) and don't get the lock.

 Auto-closed topics should have the lock as well to avoid confusion, and
 should not show up in the Unresolved Topics view (`support-forum-no`).
