 We still have trouble with the Travis build notifications that should be
 forwarded to Slack (see https://github.com/wp-cli/wp-cli/issues/4108)

 Just to summarize here, we've already created and recreated the Slack
 hook, and as far as I know, I'm using the latest hook in an encrypted way
 in the current build process: https://github.com/wp-cli/automated-

 How can we go about testing this to make sure it works as expected? Is
 there something I can control/test on our side?
