 The WP-CLI team recently launched
 [https://make.wordpress.org/cli/2017/09/26/wordpress-plugin-and-theme-
 checksums-project-announcement/ a new project for generating and checking
 checksums for plugins & themes].

 In this context, I'd like to have a new channel `#cli-checksums` that we
 can use to transparently discuss this project, so that the main `#cli`
 channel is not filled up with the project management details.

 @danielbachhuber and @schlessera should have the rights to send elevated
 messages.
