 It seems that Akismet was not a good example. Let's say it's the Contact
 Form 7 plugin. The translation for Japanese is completed as 100%.

 However, when I search it on the Japanese plugin directory, the
 description is still English :(

 I'm seeing the same problem on most of Rosetta sites (May be all of
 them?), it's obviously not a problem on translations.
