 I think the structure of the JSON file fully meets our needs for now.

 What is the next step to get the actual API endpoint that redirects to the
 corresponding file, so that we have a proper URL to work against?

 The URL we want to target is
 `/checksums/1.0/?plugin=<slug>&version=<version>`.
