 In core Trac, in the `Tickets` menu there's a link to `My Favorites` but
 this only shows open tickets. There is no means of viewing your favourited
 tickets that have been closed. It also doesn't appear to be possible via
 the `Custom Query` interface.

 A friend was trying to find a favourited ticket of theirs and was unable
 to because the ticket was no longer open.
