 Minor note, I'd like to change my suggestion from /releases to /download
 as originally I was trying to match en-au/en-gb but looking at
 wordpress.org it's /download so the standard I guess is /download but
 AU/GB have modified to /releases.

 Standard - https://wordpress.org/download/
 Canadian - https://en-ca.wordpress.org/download/
 Australian - https://en-au.wordpress.org/releases/
 Great Britain - https://en-gb.wordpress.org/releases/

 I believe @netweb handles AU but am unsure about GB.
