 Plugin readmes are now translated in GlotPress, but if you want to
 translate (or maintain previously translated) `readme.html` and `wp-
 config-sample.php` files from WordPress core, they are
 [https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/packaging-
 localized-wordpress/automated-release-packages/ still managed via SVN].

 If we find a way to import these remaining pieces into GlotPress and
 export them when building a release package, translators would no longer
 need to deal with SVN at all.
