 To clarify a bit, the issue is caused by the
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/subscriber/stable-
 readme/ru/default?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=2544881
 "or" string translation].

 In Russian, "or" is translated to "или", which breaks the plugin directory
 shortcodes:
 * `[wporg-plugins-reviews]` becomes `[wpилиg-plugins-reviews]`.
 * `[wporg-plugins-developers]` becomes `[wpилиg-plugins-developers]`.

 Random string parts shouldn't be translated like that, only the whole
 strings should be.
