New description:

 On https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/?s=automated+releases,
 headings are not linked, so you cannot go to an individual page from
 search results.

 This should probably be reported upstream, but
 https://github.com/Automattic/o2/ appears to only contain the o2 plugin,
 and I'm not sure if that's the right place to report issues with the
 Breathe theme.
