#2512: Make it clear you can change a plugin review

 When you're logged in, as the creator of a plugin review, and you're on
 that plugin review, there's no button that says "change review". When
 you're creating a new one, it pre-populates your existing one, and changes
 it, but you don't know that until... well... you know that :)

 So I'd suggest adding a button that says "modify review", when you're the
 author of a review, and you're on the review.
