 Hi.
 I just wanted to suggest to make the search query more  exact.
 for example, when you search
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/wp+debug/
 OR EVEN
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/enable+wp+debug/

 the search result includes quite irrelevant results.
 There are not included the exact ones/phrases that user searches for.
 For example, this plugin is not even included:

 https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-wp-debug-from-admin-dashboard/

 I say this because I have met almost all time i make a search, as the ones
 (with phrase matched) are sometimes on 5 or 6th page (or even in not
 list).

 i think you should have more advanced search, you are WP Devs, please take
 care of search platform too. thanks.
