 With WordPress 5.0 release focused on Gutenberg, Gutenberg requires the
 Node.js 8.x LTS release.

 As such adding Node.js 8.x to the "build" server will be required.

 WordPress 5.0 will also utilize this Node.js 8.x LTS release for its build
 tools

 At the time of creating this ticket, the latest Node.js LTS release is
 `8.9.3` https://nodejs.org/en/
