 Now that v3 of the Plugin Directory is live:
 * [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/meta/plugins plugins] project
 should be removed or at least renamed to "WordPress Plugin Directory
 (Deprecated)" / `plugins-old`, same as
 [https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/vi/default/meta/forums-old forums-
 old].
 * [https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/meta/plugins-v3 plugins-v3]
 project should be renamed to `plugins`.

 [https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/vi/default/meta/forums-old forums-
 old] could probably be removed, but #2496 is a blocker for that.

 The current state creates confusion and results in wasted translations
 efforts, see #3057.
