Comment:

 Going to close this as a wontfix because I don't think this info is
 important enough to stay in the sidebar.

 The new banner is much more helpful in terms of getting a plugin
 translated, see [attachment:2692.png].

 A link to translate.w.org aligns with the links to the Trac browser and
 SVN repo, see [attachment:2692-contributors.png].
