Comment:

 Added a patch to remove the full reviews display until we can get a new
 system in there (or leave out indefinitely and use the sidebar widget
 display).  Possible for someone to commit?

 To test I manually added a `wporg_419_posts` and `ratings` table along
 with a couple user accounts for the reviews to be associated with.  This
 can be found in a dump of my local wordpressorg_dev database here:
