 I don't see this view as being missing as a huge issue - I think it may
 have even been an intentional decision made to remove non-linked urls, we
 removed the updated view from most things a few years ago (but the URLs
 kept working).
 We can add it back if it's really needed, however I'm not sure the most
 recently updated plugins is a good source of data for discovering new
 plugins, it only encourages authors to push lots of updates.
