 The watch button that has a star on it. Not kidding. That's SUPER helpful
 to see that lots of people have interest in this ticket.

 I like that idea. We can use user-can checks to lock out thinks like
 commit access to people with commit access, etc. Then it's clear that it's
 not for newbies. We could also expand on the 'interested in being a
 developer...' section there, with more information about SVN etc.
