 Honest question. How does one let his voice be heard if all you have is
 frustration of it not being available, but no vision on how and where to
 implement this?

 Personally, either in the Contributors & Developers section or sand a link
 to the download zip file would work best IMO. I quite like the idea of
 adding a list of downloads in a dropdown, but I'm woried how friendly this
 gets plugins with lots of versions. Perhaps just limit the list to the
 last three available versions?
