 +1 on bringing this feature back. Many corporate customers do not just
 upgrade to the latest version. And they may even update to an older
 version that is newer than the one they're on. Not all WordPress users are
 consumers. Sometimes large companies use WordPress. And in their world,
 access to older versions is critical.
