 The `content-single-topic-lead.php` template requests 80x80 pixel
 gravatars (bbPress' default) for the topic author image which is then
 upscaled using CSS to 100x100 pixels

 Reply author gravatars are requested as 100x100 pixels, let's make
 gravatar requests the same size for both.
