 Currently individual reviews are just normal theme/plugin topics with
 stars above them, this means normal topic administration options such as
 making threads a sticky are included.

 If you sticky a review it will instead show up in the support section (and
 be stuck to the top as expected of a sticky).

 We should probably remove this option (I believe it's the only non-
 essential administrative task on a review)
