 I get what Jan says, but what I'm suggesting is that I bet that if we
 split out 'non theme specific posts' from 'themes and templates' we'd see
 the same thing.

 Do we NEED to have those split out like that? Functionally "Themes and
 Templates" is the same as the separate "Plugins" and "Hacks"

 Would combining them be BAD? I'm not saying they're not active, that isn't
 the question at all.
