 [attachment:meta-2167.png] is a screenshot of the links in the old theme,
 for reference.

 On a related note, it would also be nice to bring the "All Topics | No
 Replies | Not Resolved | No Tags" links somewhere closer to the header to
 avoid too much scrolling, see #1873.
