 Follow up to #2068 for bbPress.org

 bbPress.org forum profiles should have a link to the users WP.org profile,
 like `@netweb on WordPress.org` on the WP.org profile itself.

 Creating a patch from [4206] for bbPress only in bb-base theme should be
 relatively straight forward.

 Note: Not required for Buddypress.org as Buddypress.org use BuddyPress
 member profiles
