#1738: The list of required CSS classes is hard to find

While answering a question on support forums, I tried to find the list of
CSS classes a WordPress theme is required to support (`.alignleft`,
`.screen-reader-text`, etc.) in order to be included in the WordPress.org
 theme directory.

 1. I've tried to search for the list here:
 https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/.
  * It does not have a search form.
  * Browsing the menu didn't help either.
  * Manually altering the URL to https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/?s
=screen-reader-text didn't produce the expected result.

 2. I've continued the search on
 https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/.
  * It does not have a search form.
  * Browsing the menu didn't help either.
  * Manually altering the URL to
 https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/?s=alignleft finally produced
 the [https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/guidelines/theme-check
 /#wordpress-generated-css-classes expected result], but:
   * There's a notice at the top of the page saying it's deprecated, so
linking to it in my answer is probably not a good idea.
   * The suggested replacement is
https://make.wordpress.org/docs/handbook/, which doesn't have the list of
 required classes anywhere.

Is there a more recent page I've missed? Could we make it easier to find?
