 When this is looked at also "duplicates" could do with some love,
 currently unlike core Trac when attempting to mark a ticket as a duplicate
 the text field to add the ticket number reference is not available as such
 it doesn't add a `#XXXX was marked as a duplicate` to the referenced
 ticket either.
