 The Version pages have a good mix of developer specific text and normal
 user specific ones.

 I'd say developer.wordpress.org has a strong mandate on what should be
 there and Helphub has less so.

 Helphub being more flexible should take this in.

 By the way, Helphub isn't just for Support :)

 I see it as a 'learning more about WordPress' area
