 @gibrown I think you might be looking at some old data there, as those
 fields aren't present anymore, although I'm seeing a lot of bad data in
 there at present.
 The two fields are `support_threads` which is the total number of support
 threads from the last 2 months, and `support_threads_resolved` which is
 the number of those which are marked as resolved. For example, a plugin
 has 5 threads in 2 months, 4 of which are resolved.
