 I wonder if it could be useful to add the translation editors to the
 contributor list on the locale project page. Right now, even if the
 translation editor is the only active translator on a project locale, they
 won't appear in the contributor list at all.

 An alternative would be to merge the 2 columns into one "Contributor
 list", and add a special style to the translation editor rows.
