 Yes, there is already English (US) and English (UK) but it'd be nice if
 there was English (Canada) as well for WordCamp.org sites; US doesn't have
 the right Canadian spellings, and for UK, well, we don't say "Bin" in
 Canada, we say "Trash." ;)
