 The current sync is based on the translation propagation feature by
 GlotPress. This feature isn't reliable and will be
 [https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/issues/337 moved into a
 plugin].

 Our own implementation should only sync translations between dev <->
 stable and dev-readme <-> dev-stable.
